Upper 90 Ministry was founded Chris and Stephanie Hampton, two former college soccer players that have a passion for soccer and kids. Their faith in Jesus Christ, called them to bring joy and hope to children around the world through the sport they love. Upper 90 Ministry is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual aid to children around the world with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14

In February 2011, I had the opportunity to travel to San Pedro Sula, Honduras to participate in a disstribution of shoe boxes with Operation Christmas Child. On that mission trip, I took by ball bag and ball everywhere I went. I had the opportunity to play and juggle with children in the most unique places...from an alleyway to the beaches of Honduras between pilons with cinderblocks as goals. I even played "megs" in a church with small kids. It was clear to me that soccer was a great evangelistic tool when a connection was made between myself and the kids through touching the ball no matter where I was. I had my first opportunity to share thet Gospel as it was translated on the beach after a game with about 20 kids. It is my prayer that God will use Upper 90 Ministry to share the Gospel both locally and abroad through soccer. Please prayfully consider how you will contribute in this ministry whether financially or through prayer, but most importantly in prayer.
